See if you can figure out which cylinder it is and if it is the same one each time.

Sounds like leaking injectors.
My VT used to have a small miss on start up over night.
Also check your fuel line going onto the fuel rail, the original crimped clamp goes loose and leaks....most noticable is a fuel smell in the cabin.

Will check the injectors again. Haven't smelt anything which is good.

Hope this works?

EDIT:

This was just logged in idle, just playing with revs and engaging gears.

Is it better if i drive the car?

Hey All,

I've views the logs via TP.

Just wanted to know where i can compare my car to others that are running fine?

It seems to me that my o2 sensors are not working correctly...

What makes you think that? O2 sensors seem to be working fine to me.

I was just comparing left vs right. Are they suppose to within a close range of each other?

The two banks of the engine have individual adjustments so the voltages will differ slightly, but due to the way the integrator algorithm works they should look similar.
The idea is that their voltage swings above and below of 450mv (stoich) as the mixture changes from rich to lean.
when the PCM is operating in closed loop mode it deliberately makes small changes to the amount of fuel injected to force the sensors to swing from rich to lean and vice versa.
if the sensor's voltage doesn't change, the PCM makes another small change in the same direction as the last one until it does change, It then remembers this value for the current engine RPM/Load value.
That is how the PCM "learns".
