Holden/Delco Tuning. ALDL, OBD 1.5. Circa 1989 to 2004.

Hey people. just curious, can i clear DTC using Tuner pro rt? i have code 92 set and am trying to clear it without having to disconnect my battery/remove engine fuse as i will have to reset base idle. ive had a google but couldnt find what i was looking for. thanks in advance. :punk:

ive seen this many times and found no way of fixing it. so i just leave it. even had holden look at it to no avail. i even changed the pcm and bcm.

Has anybody had a fix for it? besides changing, relays, testing wires, etc

if the dtc is still set then you wont be able to clear it because the fault is still in the system until you repair the fault

DTC 92 is low speed fan fault.
This will be set any time you log data as it is controlled by the BCM which has been told to shut up when logging.
Basically PCM expects low speed fan information from BCM, as BCM has been told to shut up it doesn't send info, PCM cracks the shits logs DTC92 and turns on high speed fans. This will happen every time you log and is normal.
If it happens when not logging and high speed fans are running constantly you have a problem that needs fixing.
