The 5/50 and 15/15 seem to have similar results for wear. For the 5/50 oxidation/nitration etc it looks like they have used the wrong comparison definition file to me cause if those figures are correct then the oil would be a sludgy black mess. The tan/tbn is "0" (not reported or tested) for the 15/50 so hard to compare those values.
Overall it seems the 5/50 and 15/50 are performing in a similar way which is to be expected i guess as they are both 50 weight.
Another thing about the wear metals, if you know what metals your crank/bearings/ cam etc are made of it makes it a lot easier to know what is wearing. Copper and lead are most likely bearings. I had an old XE falcon for a few years (hated it lol) and when I tested its oil I found copper and lead of around 30ppm each time. So I think your wear levels are pretty good. Hard to tell unless you have typical wear data as different types of engines will wear at different rates.

I wouldn't say that, given how your tests look i would expect you to be able to get well past 500k easy.
As for what metals to expects and the levels they should be, I know mostly what all the components are made of and what alloys they typically might be so it helps when I look at these tests. Also I have seen other engine of completely different make but it helps to have seen bad, good and extraordinarily good tests to be able to judge them when I look at them.

Viscosity retention is good, but the 5W-50 looks like it's turned into a 15W-40 in the time that it was in your engine. Going from a data sheet 17.5 to 16, and thickening up somewhat.
The 0W-40 is reputed to throw higher metals, that aren't associated with wear per se...rumour has it that it's a sort of surface solubility with a lot of metal exposed to hot flying oil...Merc and BMW reckon it's OK for up to 35,000km oil changes in some models).
Yeh the viscosity is lower than 15/50 but not quite down to the 13 of 10/40, im thinking ill get another oil test done somewhere else next change, not trusting this mob alot, it was http://oiltest.com.au/ anyone else recommend another place?
Not sure what air filter it is. It is oilable and reusable.

I had a K & N panel filter on mine but tossed it when i found the intake coated in fine silt like dust between services.
back to the paper one, never a problem again.
Really, those "performance" filter are mostly marketing. i have seen dyno tests and air pressure delta tests done dirty paper VS new paper VS performance cotton/oil type filters and there was so little difference it wasn't funny. even the seemingly clogged paper one didn't loose much flow.
only time those performance filters do anything is in boost application where huge amounts of air are drawn so it all adds up. but for NA paper is the way to go, for the life of your engine.

Problem is that a freer flowing filter only ever gives it's benefits at W.O.T. (even if that)...
Every other part of your driving is at part throttle, so adding a resistance between the air intake and the throttle butterfly does nothing for either performance or economy, except let dust through.

yep thats right. I saw that first hand, damage is mostly likely already done.
