OSE$12p is a binary file that is programmed on to the eprom in the ecm.You could use other bin files but ose$12 is a bin file that allows you to write different calabrations to the nvram that vl400 sells using the aldl link while engine is running.Sounds complex but if you spend some time reading posts on this site you should be able to comprehend it.

^^ what he said. OSE runs on your delco and makes it able to handle boost (and also adds other new features that standard delcos dont have like wideband, dual fuel and spark maps, higher max RPM, programmable outputs etc etc).

Tunerpro runs on the tuners laptop and they use it to gather diagnostic information from the delco and do the tuning. Its also not delco specific, people use it with various different types and brands of ecus. You need to the support files that come with OSE to use them together.
