Tech1 Problem

I'm a Spanish guy, by writing under the help of google translator.

A few days ago I received a Vetronix Tech1 with cartridge Opel / Vauxhall msc; connect it to my car and I was playing with them.
At home, I tried to connect it to a 12v power supply, and reconnect the device to drive on, but it does not recognize the drive, I get error ALDL port, I've done a test and it seems to have caused damage to the Tech1 .

Someone here would know that could have damaged? Comment that took years integrated welding and repair programming eproms but this escapes my knowledge. I would be grateful for any help.

This afternoon I opened my Tech unit and I saw too much at motherboard, but I don´t saw any strange component. Know somebody the reparation vetronic tutorial or similar? Thanks
