The VS V6 ADX has some send commands, you can reset the PCM codes using "Clear DTC PCM"

To get the send commands showing you need to enable the item under the menu <view> <toolbar> and then select the send command item

Can you log the running engine on your setup? if so, then the clear codes should work. note that if the error is still present you might not see it clear.

yeh I can log it and I can see all the sensor outputs moving around. yeh I tried to test it disconnected the MAF sensor so I would get a new error code and when I tried to clear it nothing happened so ended up disconnecting the battery and then checking again and now it was gone.

im having trouble with a TPS sensor low voltage.

if you log TPS volts (not %, and if the vs v6 adx has it) then you should see the voltage swing as you press the throttle. When this happens, that'll clear the DTC. Its likely that you have an issue on +5v or gnd at the TPS, or the signal line back to the pcm.

Ill have a look into that cheers so I've read that the idle voltage should be 0.4v? and that's at 0% throttle is that correct?

Its auto calibrating within reason before it throws an error, so yeah should see something like that and should see it hit > 4.5v when you stab the throttle for 100%. You dont need to have the engine started just the ignition circuit live for testing TPS.
