$5B ecu file convert ok to XDF?

Post by VX L67 Getrag »

I'm just making sure the $5B ecu file converts ok to XDF?

I'm trying to use it on the VS V8 BMZN bin & supposedly the VATS disable is at bit 0 location 000C, has anyone tested that & know it works as I'm still getting reported limp home mode?

Make sure to set the program ID to AA, TP cant handle the checksum.

yeah done that too, I think antus did fix the checksum issue with his plugin, but I didn't edit the bin, but can confirm the tuner did!

So the vats area does look correct?

Was thinking this was for an auto, but TP can handle the manual VS bins - if the XDF is setup for it.

0x000C bit 0 should be VATS disable.

Just found out why the tuner may be having the issue there using it in an 808 for a VN, that would more than likely cause limp mode wouldn't it?

I wouldn't have thought a VS tune would work in a VN?
