1 quick observation the vx has never idled so smooth LOL and now ive put the coils back on the dfi it doesnt rev as quick as the ls coils and the sound out the intake is way different.im guessing i have a weak coil oh well
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

And folks say that a stronger spark is worth shit, lighting the fire is lighting the fire.......

I can see what your saying about the balancer. You might have to splash out and get a decent Powerbond item which are a lot more solid when compared to OEM.

yeah if we tear to many we may have to.ive also noticed that the vx allways pings on startup no matter what fuel i run and it doesnt do it with ls2 coils on the car the factory modules supposidly have overcurrent protection as well like the LS coils im wondering if im triggering it when starting the car normally

hehe i saw the other v8 turbo single coil test version in action yesterday on youtube didnt end well with reduced timing ide say it got the plugs glowing like glowplugs it was so retarded preignited and popped a gasket

Good to see it all running :thumbup: The VX seemed to be pretty happy with its new spark. When you get to wiring it up on the VB let me know so some dwell tweaks can be made to the bin.
