the white board on the bottom half is the knock filter .... hold onto that :) v8 knock boards are hard to find!

as far as re-programming your memcal, i'd be happy to do it if you wanted to mail it to me, but maybe see if someone local can help out first ?

Yep, the number printed on the knock board that starts with 1F means its genuine V8, not a V6 sold by a dodgy seller (which wont work because its tuned to engine bore size and resonance).
