just watch the retarded timing shit will glow hot fast get some more fuel in it and see what happens :D this is smooth boost building compared to the ricer boys popping and banging.whatever gets that turbo whistling and sounds the nicest on your gear no point overheating the turbine wheel

yeah I am thinking i'll increase the timing a bit maybe to see if I can smooth it out a bit, I can hold it at that rpm on the converter pretty well and yeah some more fuel will do! I was thinking about that, might have to change the map b injector rate to richen it up!

so in the previous video if you listen to it at 15 second mark there is a very noticeable backfire in the inlet, and there is a corresponding boost spike in my data log, so after some brain storming I reckon its because of the spark cut leaving un-burnt fuel in there then the wasted spark igniting it at the wrong time!

seems to be less of an issue with more timing, but obviously more timing makes it harder to hold on the brake and so I've made a few changes.

* dropped the ignition module spark cut to 2900 rpm (from 3100rpm)
* added 10% fuel on map b (switches to map b when I hit the gearstick button)
* changed the rev limiter advance reduction in the computer to start pulling timing from 2000rpm on map b

so hoping this will be more suitable.

its definitely easier to hold on the brake and seems to have gotten rid of the inlet backfire, and still makes 4 psi on the 2 step limiter, so that's going to be a good place to start for a run I think :)

if more timing helped the backfire and made it harder to hold back its making more torque keep adding timing torque will win over boost building

its not so much the timing that makes it harder to hold back its more rpm getting closer to the converters limit!
