Hi, just wondering if there are any diagrams on here to build your own nvram setup to suit a vs ecotec?

just compare the stock eprom pinouts and the nvram pinouts and make them match, and add the write line to the extra pin on the socket. You might find you have problems with random corruption without proper buffering and power filtering, but it has been known to work. Also know that most or all the cheap nvrams on ebay are clones and also prone to trouble. If you go that way its probably worth buying a couple so you can swap if you have problems with one.
