I'd let the machine shop supply bearings. My shop use dura pro 1 piece. I've had other shops fit 2 piece and they lacked surface contact area a tad on the interlock tangs

1 piece ftw

yeah thats not cool! my M90 when i had it didn't have any movement at all! i'd guess it may be bent from dodgy removal or installation.

well i installed it myself in the press on a flat surface, only pressing it on via the middle only, pulley was brand new, no marks in the middle so hadn't been installed ever, was on gumtree i think as the guy didn't use it, oh well guess ill have to get another one or pay the extra and go modular.

Looks like someone was lazy instead of putting new seals in the rocker covers lets use sealant instead, i wonder what else it's blocked up.

Supercharger looks pretty clean, coupler doesn't look worn really.

There's no movement anywhere and seals look all good so once i get this pulley sorted ill just put it back together with a new coupler. I got one of the green flat ones instead of the black Eaton ones, from reading alot it seems they work alot better and are a better fit, the eaton ones seem loose on the pins.

You could try using a hammer and lightly tap the pulley in the high spot, you might be able to get it true, it's not out badly!!!

i could prob take the pulley off again and in the press put it down between two plates, might flatten it out.

Yeah it's not too bad could be straightened out with pressing flat & worst case scenario can machine out the high area at the back of pulley face!
