or convert an auto one.
The only issues i can see with a VS PCM is it'd need factory T5 tune, vats off, VT injector data put in and low speed fan disabled. Pretty easy to do, can't think of any other issues.

Rather just install and run, The 808 route sounds like more work that could be hit and miss?

I don't have to use the VT injectors as i will use the VS manifold off the broken engine to get around the EGR problem.The1 wrote:or convert an auto one.

The broken engine is actually a VX engine with a VS inlet.

Re: Ecotec into VN Questions
they'd be better choice over VS injectors, VT 777 is better injector, seeing the engine is a VT anyway id assume the REG in the fuel rail is 3.5bar so just run with that, it's copy and paste the injector data from a VT tune into the VS.

Re: Ecotec into VN Questions
no use the VS manifold so you get your Temp guage sensor, which will get rid of EGR port, use VT injector rail or just swap the regulator over.

Re: Ecotec into VN Questions
im running a vs ecotec on an 808 with t5 behind it without any issues at all. holden202ts 12p tune works sweet only needs a a little attention to the AE due to his engine having an exhaust when he did the tune and i've just got the standard system. even fuel economies good 650k to a tank in city 750k to 800k country with 68l tank
