tuning your car is not a 5 second job for a beginner. I suggest you start by reading the various getting started guides on this forum (look at the stickied threads) which will answer most of your questions. thhere are no shortcuts. if you want to start tuning your car, start reading :geek:

what exactly are you wanting to do real time tuning or old school log and change either way your going to need USB data interface to log at least. if your wanting to do real time tuning your going to have to get the PCM NVRAM both are supplied by antus now you'll have to pm him. for the older way you'll have to have a programmer (most guys grab the willem true USB GQ4x Programmer) and UV eraser (cheap $15 china one is fine from ebay) but its not a bad idea to have these as well just incase if you do go real time. as for tuning a MAF based system i dont even know where to start i have never attempted to tune one and there's no guide as of yet for it (only MAP based as a basic starter) you just have to do a search and read what everyone else has done

Rescaling the maf is pretty straight forward and the process is the same regardless of vehicle and software.
Force the car into open loop, log commanded afr vs actual afr. Turn that into a correction factor... then apply that correction factor to your MAF tables.
The science is in writing an accurate value into your adx that will calculate this for you and store it in a "History Table".
Then use http://pcmhacking.net/forums/download/file.php?id=6851 to manufacture your new MAF tables.

If you really get stuck i'll try to find time to post some steps to follow.

Good luck
