sometimes it often quicker to start from scratch! also I would say a manifold change will more than likely change almost every load point in the ve table!

I got .122 and .114 so just rounded them up (richer slightly) to account for fudge factor, so im not sure how you got your results ?

Thanks for your time mate. I actually put in 12 and 13 in each bin and tuner pro changed it to the values I quoted.
I guessed its some sort of binary rounding?

The 12 and 13 come from the respective $DB bins

no it will be that the xdf is set to display 2 decimals rather than 3 ..... if you right click on the injector rate and edit the xdf settings you can change the decimal to 3 then it should show you the number you entered.

"Injector - Injector Bias vs Battery Voltage" is to allow for the opening time of the injectors vs battery voltage. So if its say 1ms, and the ECU calculates that 2ms worth of fuel is needed the actual pulse to the injector will be 3ms. This is an important table to get right before starting to make any VE changes. It is likely "FUL RUN INJ BIAS BAT" in $DB

"Injector - Injector bias add-on vs Injector pulse width" is to make the injector deliver a linear amount of fuel at low PWs. Prob not worth adjusting unless you can get good injector data. Should be "FUL RUN LIN INJ BIAS BAT" in $DB.

The table "Voltage compensation vs Battery voltage" is for the fuel pump compensation with respect to battery voltage. Can leave this table stock.

Thanks for that confirmation mate. I have both of those tables matching between the bins.
I will re check the AE tables, if they match up I guess I will adjust tge VE in the cells must ge the different code base causing the issue?

The AE tables are quite different in 12Pbut think a few minutes trying a few different settings should find out what it does and doesnt want.

In DB there is "FUL TAE CLT FAC" and "FUL TAE DEC FAC" no scalers that i noticed.
In 12P theres "AE - AE Multiplier Vs Engine RPM Table" and "AE - AE Temperature factor vs Coolant Temp"
In 12P are these both added together to get the value to increase pulse width? The coolant temp table seem to correspond with DB, besides the different values.
Also 12P has 2 other tables and quite a few scalers. I best re read the tuning guides on here before saturday. Id doubt that all these would normally be adjusted?

so a few weeks ago I played with a $A5 tune, same issue .....

KAETPS: AE Params - AE Delta TPS AE factor is really the only thing you can adjust to change the AE multiplier .... this was on a V6 with a sc14 charger, issue I thought was not enough AE to suit the extra load on the crank from the blower .... so bad that a quick jab of the throttle would stall the motor, so I had a stab in the dark and changed the multiplier from 44 to 66 (50% more) this definitely fixed the AE issues lol, on take off was a black cloud out the pipes, to much on and off the throttle would start to flood the motor too, so its obviously the ticket, but just not as much needed!

that said, $12P has it available in multiple rpm settings to fine tune to your needs! my guess is the single multiplier gets the job done, but with more code room in the later codes you have the luxury of being able to fine tune it more!

I haven't had a chance to try any changes yet but I looked at some factory bins to compare and noticed tge VN Group A bin is quite different with injector settings and AE. This engine is running a twin throttle set up with a plenum so should be a good starting point.

Is there any difference between the blue top and cream top injectors? They both rated at 24lp from memory.

best bet is to get the model number off the side of them and look them up.
