yes. less flow = longer opening time required to achieve the same. multiply by 1.05 means 5% more open time.

that being said.... you arent going to notice a 5% change on the cranking tables

yeah but you might find if its really cold you might notice it! although 5% is not much!!
I've found with methanol it can start heaps better if the crank bpw is right! it wants ALOT cold!

anyone know why the cranking pulse table from map A to map B are totally different?

theres no reason it should be unless one is setup for different fuel, like E85 where you need 1.5 times more than petrol, but if your planning to only use petrol its best to make map A and B tables the same for anything that has the map A and B options, this will ensure there is no variations in the tune if you do decent to switch maps down the track!

I open all the V6 BINs included in 12P and the tables are almost double from B to A. V8 bin are the same.

re-downloaded the 12P zip, definitely a mistake in the cranking tables for the V6 BINs
map B tables appear to be same as V8 bin
