I did look at the case and think well usedHolden202T wrote:hahahaha
I actually noticed when I was racing at the hillclimb (mine normally sits on the floor beside my seat) that when I was cornering the logger went flying across the passenger floor back and forth ... VL400 has it now, im sure he's noticed the scratches on the bottom of the case .... needless to say it was solid as except some of the bumps knocked the SD card out and so hence log just stops!

Re: ALDL Logger
No messing around getting data with it!
You can try out the passive mode so the car behaves itself and there is no dash lights or low speed fan. Logging is much slower though (like 3Hz slow) as it uses the small amount of free bus time available to quickly get a frame out to the PCM and its reply.

It's logging at 5.5 with the dash going nuts already modded adx to display more items maf Hz I havnt fixed yet.didn't buy it to log the vx really just having a play and testing.need to get a card reader getting logs off and adxs on and off requires 2 pc,s lol. Getting them of and on via the usb would be cool

Re: ALDL Logger
Also if you wondering the TunerPro Hz and logger Hz are calculated differently. I made it as a complete command cycle on the logger, so for your VX that is 5.5Hz logging both engine and trans messages. TunerPro I think calcs it based on each single message send/receive so appears higher. The logger has a configurable pause (normal ADX item) between messages as the PCM cant keep updelcowizzid wrote:It's logging at 5.5 with the dash going nuts already modded adx to display more items maf Hz I havnt fixed yet.didn't buy it to log the vx really just having a play and testing.need to get a card reader getting logs off and adxs on and off requires 2 pc,s lol. Getting the logs over USB could be done, larger logs may take some time to send though. Will add it to the list.
