Re: my ride vt ecotec
i wouldn't be so hard on yourself man, theres nothing wrong with the work you've done!! i am in the same boat, try to do everything i can myself!
i can now understand why you said its hard to keep cool!!
probably wont be helping that theres a big ass turbo right behind the radiator adding heat to that side!!
i'd leave the car as it is, has that sleeper look hahahah
so its using a VT motor and box and running off $11P ? and the trans drives ok on that ?

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: my ride vt ecotec
yeah man ive been trying its been a long prosses and a mission yeah the dirty big turbo behind the rad wont be helping i always enjoy doing the work to my car i get a sence of satisfaction in doing it myself
ill be heat wrapping everything with a turbo blanket soon as possible to truy n keep heat down the fans seem to be doing ok but i still wanna keep things as cool as possible
yeah the 11$p has been great so far my hat goes off to vl400 for that i had trouble with it running the trans at first it was locked in 3rd or 4th but when i drove it today it was fine ran as factory i need to get it shift kitted etc etc soon but thats just another thing on the list there are more important things on there atm
definitely trying to keep it as stealth as possible dont like the in your face look

Re: my ride vt ecotec
theres a lot you can do just in the tune to make that box into a kitted monster stocker
if you don't mind post up your tune, i'd like to have a look at it and i'll make some changes to the box tune for you if you like ?
