were supposed to be for a standard engine running a good exhaust if you earthed d8 on the ecu it was supposed to give maximum power.
I run these on a standard v8 with extractors cai k&n and good exhaust And they run rich and lost power only good thing about them was the shift patterns.

judging on the VE and spark tables only on the v81c bin, id say the fuelling shouldnt be too bad but the spark map is up to shit, way too much advance low RPM, not enough high RPM, id be surprised if it doesnt ping at low RPM WOT.

are these tunes supposed to be used with a knock filter board? that could be a big problem too,not runnign a knock filter board when it is enabled in the tune makes it pull massive amounts of timing making it run even more shithouse, if that is the case, all that timing pulled could explain the richness too.

Did anything ever happen with the gearbox control settings i need to change settings for a vr v6 auto box one i need to change torque converter lockup speed and shift change speeds to suit a 3.7 diff and the other i need to turn off fault codes for the 12 pin connector it is still using the vr speed sensor rear housing on a vn vp box.

thanks looks like i had already downloaded that one great for changing shift if it lines up with the vr v6 tune i have read that their is quite a few versions and didn't have much success with the v8 ones lining up.
but does anyone know what flags to turn off ? for trans fault codes no 12 pin connector ? speed sensor ?

if your using a vn/vp hydraulic gearbox you wont be able to change shift speeds in the tune, that is all done by the kickdown cable adjustment.

TCC lockup will be in the $11 xdf though.
