Post by V8hilux »

Hi,

Is there a way to turn a small dash light on whilst ose12p is in closed loop ? If so how.

Thanks.

Can it be done via the flex outputs?

The flex outputs currently do not support flag or single bit items.

If you have an engine light wired up just short out the diagnostic enable wire A9 to ground (pins 5 & 6 on OBDII socket) and this will get the the engine light flashing. When you drive with this enabled the engine light will flash slowly while in closed loop mode (14.7:1) and much faster when not in closed loop. You could also set up a relay using the flex tables to pull A9 to ground when ever you liked (over 2000 RPM) which would also solve the 10 degs locked spark timing when RPM is under 2000 revs.
This 2000 RPM setting can also be changed in the 12P calibration.
