Hi, on the same subject. My daily is a vr ute v6 auto and I am having issues with my key too. I did try turning off the vats but it still wouldn't start, and still had a flashing security light. Is there something I am not doing right? I downloaded the stock 11p tune and clicked the disable vat box.
Any feedback would be much appreciated
VR VATS? no injector pulse
Re: VR VATS? no injector pulse
find the start relay (under bonnet fuse box) and bridge pin 30 and pin 87 with the key on and car in park and it should crank if vats are off it should start as long as no other problem is present.

coz mine does but the ECU is keeping the injectors switched off.

Got me some windbond chips, Thanks Antus
Fired immediately
stfu anti theft!
Now, before I solder in the chip, any changes recommended to the spark table? I noticed a big hole in he stock table mid range, detuned?
I heard the 5L get fair bit more pep from reworking the table.
Cheers.
