if your running 52% dc now and you go to E85 (approx. 1.5 time more than petrol) you'll be 78% dc roughly, so I'd say your injectors will be about spot on!

you can always get an adjustable regulator if you need a little bit more later on too!

im a bit skeptical about the 52%... what rpm was that? even a stock L67 uses way more fuel than that. wideband isnt lean?

That was at roughly 5000rpm according to logs. Current Kinj is 0.080. Wideband is 12.0 across the entire rev range. Runs great now :D

12 across the whole rev range?? or just under boost area?
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

as soon as you plant it, it comes in boost very quick. Sits in the 150-160kpa cell with the AFR's 11.8-12.0.

Without an intercooler the intake temps are crazy hot, so air density is not the best. L67 injectors with 10psi on a buick running e85 should work. I was doing it for ages with only track work. I never saw more than 70% dc on the dyno (power runs only). If anything, e85 will save the engine by reducing combustion temps. You will run out of dc if you intercool though. But on the up side, you can fit a smaller pulley :)

yeah the intake temps are fairly hot at the moment, they get to about 80-85 and flatline at 90. ive got the charge temp vs spark retard setup so that its pulling back timing when it gets warm. Next on the list, some sort of cooler, smaller pulley and E85 + injectors by the looks of things.
