Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
I reckon you could almost do a trimatic with full manual and a decent converter for just over $2k
so what did you do this time ?

so what did you do this time ?
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
they made a brandnew clutch plate just like the last one upgraded the pressure plate to 25% more hold its now a PBR RPM brand looks way different to the last one passivated gold electroplating even LOL.they fitted the correct puck material as well by the looks its way different colour and feel to the last pucks that ive been told were to suit harder than cast flywheels LOL.also got a steel release bearing carrier and new bearing in place of the plastic shitta .should of been what we got the first time LOL.adjusted fork ball height and got it all ready for gearbox oil tomorrow and test run.it feels like a normal clutch compared to the long travel soft clutch we just had.its much harder and the distance from engaged to disengaged is greatly reduced feels like a stock 202 clutch just heavy and its releasing faster at the gearbox end now its not flattening the clutch plate as it engages LOL.hopefully its a winner and the owner doesnt get it hot this time and it lasts
