Vs $5b vats

I am having some trouble understanding vats removal in the vs $5b xdf
It tells me when i click edit xdf that vats is KOPTFLG4: Option Word 4 - Bit 0 - Bit 0
Bit 0 1 = Disable anti-theft module control
But their isn't an option for bit o bit 1
And shouldn't their be a malfunction flag as well.
I am using the attached xdf and bin from the download section.
Can someone please explain the procedure thanks

its not bit 0 bit 1 its bit 0 and 1=ticked 0=not ticked

so double click the vats option flag, tick the box and save, done vats disabled.

I still don't get it
Have you looked at the xdf i am talking about ?
Am i right in thinking you mean by putting a tick in KOPTFLG4: Option Word 4 - Bit 0 - Bit 0 to set will disable the antitheft
Then their is no other bit 0-0 malfunction or check lamp flag ?

someone has labelled the xdf wrong should be bit 0 bit1 bit2 etc but they labelled it bit 0 bit 0 bit 1 bit 1 LOL ill fix it

there tick the one i labelled antitheft and you are all done set the program ID to AA as well or it will most likely go limp home mode
