Has anyone done any work with Alloytec Cylinder heads?
I have the 190Kw LY7 & put cams in it & thinking if I'm going to go that far I may as well put some bigger valves in & get the heads flowing better.
Has anyone done any work their & know if there's any gains to be had, I think the LY7 valves may be bigger than the LE0 already & not sure how much work can be done there?
Thanks for any advice or tips in advance!

From what I can find, the LEO,LY7,LW2 valve size, lift etc are all identical.
The difference is duration

Re: Alloytec Cylinder Heads
is that actualy cam shaft duration or variable cam tune differences ?
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: Alloytec Cylinder Heads
cant add duration with variable cam its hardware regrind only or the cam would have to rock back and foward very fast LOL
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Re: Alloytec Cylinder Heads
I don't have much to compare with but when I ordered some valve for an LEO that I was repairing they had them listed as LEO valve only!
Obviously the cam's & cam timing is going to be different with extra solenoids to control them (but even the cam's could be the same A.F.A.I.K.).
