Vn calais climate control
Hi I have a vn calais the problem is when the car is running the heater tap opens even with the climate control turned off. I can unplug the control unit and it won't give vacuume to the tap

Have a serious look for a vacuum leak. My VR was switching from hot to cold with variations in manifold vacuum. Turned out to be a hole in 1 of the vacuum motor diaphragms.

Does it stay open when bringing the temp down to the min? If so could be a leak like Charlescrown suggested or in some I've had it has been the vacuum switch pack.

Hi guys thanks for reply No vacuume leak, sux with this heat and the heater always has got water going threw it might be the vacuume box thing
