yeah dirty old 700 with a shiftkit and servo its not nice .getting a stock unkitted box fitted to make it nicer to drive LOL also the weight difference of torana and the engine work has made it change bloody awefull at light throttle makes to much torque at too little throttle so it early shifts some gears and not others LOL

so looks like the 202 needs valvesprings can operate the valves with one hand on the rocker the lifters spring the seat up and the valvesprings dont have enough grunt to return the valve to its initial position LOL lifter is stronger than the spring

got 1 intake and 1 exhaust spring off on one cylinder today think they poked LOL 1.6" installed height 1.7" free length only a couple of mm preloaded.added bonus the cylinder with the oily plug has no leakage at 100psi but the stem seal/oil divertor rubbers were toasted now off to find some 130Lb+ springs dont know if the DIY spring compressor is gonna like refitment of them LOL

you should have just about been able to remove them by hand!! lol only about 100lb less than you want :)

as for those rubbers, I reckon they are more of an option than necessity :P also seen plenty of them get fucked just installing the collets!
