Yeah, it might not be so blank at different Vdd tolerance or temperature. Could also affect the access speed or produce a metastable condition once in a blue moon. Best to comply with the spec's.Dylan wrote:Would you think that since it passed the blank check it was ok?

They do have a maximum total exposure limit, but it's something huge, so they don't bother putting it in the spec's.Dylan wrote:Can they be under the light for too long?
