Hey all
I have a idle issue currently with my car after installing a hybrid A2A W2A system into my L67 commodore.
The idle is pretty good when i start it and the motor is cold then once it gets to around the 35 degree mark it starts to get a bit out of control the RPM starts to move around quite a bit and the spark starts to move all over the place.
I thinking its temp based as it i turn the car off and restart it the idle is not stable.
I think if the spark was not dropping so much it would help out as when i started tuning the car (pre cooler install) the idle was very poor until i bumped the idle spark up which made it nearly spot on.
I have attached a log of starting the car when cold and let idle until the issue starts.
Im using a VY flash PCM with The1's enhanced code.
Edit, changed the topic title to better describe what the issue was,
Idle spark and hunting issues

Re: Idle spark
35° C is about where the engine goes from open to closed loop from a cold start if I'm not mistaken.

Re: Idle spark
Thanks for the input immortalitly, i went and checked that out but it was not the cause.
I went back through my earlier logs and noticed it was never happening so it must have been a change i had made to the bin as i rolled back to a earlier bin and it was back to normal.
