The system should bleed normally and I think the only way air can get into the ABS module is if you operated it with air in the system but it should bleed out. The vacuum bleeder is the greatest thing since sliced bread for disc brakes only not drum they suck in air past the wheel cylinder cups but how long has Holden had 4 wheel discs. You should get one because the brake fluid should be replaced every 2 years due to the material brake fluid is made from. You haven't got something silly like the calipers on upside down. Had that once on a Valiant after the customer replaced his pads but he neglected to tell us he took the calipers off to do the job.

Yeah, I've seen this before too. Well, they installed the pads on back to front.

Everything has been installed right.

Think I'll just pay someone with a vaccum to do it, Just did not want to pay super high mechanics prices for them to tell me 'oh its about 1 mm better, That will be $200 thanks!'

Always bleed my ABS just like a non ABS system & never had an issue.
Are you certain the MC is the correct one for that Booster on the VX, as in it hadn't been change by some else before you picked the car up & you have follow on with the same type ?

Cheers
