alright, ive looked over your cal. the reason its pullin huge amounts of VE is coz the injector rate is wrong (v8 spec not v6 spec) and so are a ton of other small things.
you need to open the BLCD cal that came with 1.04 and start again, trust me, throw away your current cal, use the spark and VE straight out of a stock VN bin and put into the 1.04 BLCD cal and even without the other tables youll get a better result than this cal you are using atm. add in the temp tables and other small things from the VN bin and youll have a pretty good base.

Jayme, thanks for looking. I started with the BLCD cal as a basis & added my stock vn stuff way back at $12S & I just kept modifying & migrating until I reached $12P_1.04. Was a pain swopping back & forth between bin/adx files. Obviously stuffed it up along the way.

Will take your advice & start again, all good practice.

I thought you started with delcowizzids v6 tune, which started out life as a V8 tune, and had bits of BLCD ported across in a tunerpro 5 beta before we realised that the algorithms were being corrupted by TP5, and thus random bits of data were wrong. But anyway, Jaymes advice is good, and you should be able to get it running much better with (hopefully) minimal work starting with the BLCD supplied in $12P v1.04. Good luck! I think you were pushing sh!t uphill with the damaged tune. Will be interested to see how you go from a fresh base.

Antus, you are correct. I did start with Delcowizzid v6 tune & added more BLCD bits + my stock vn tune. You may remember Delcowizzid & others had to help set it up as bits had been "turned off". I have always used TP4 for editing after people suggested TP5 had problems. Did not realise Delcowizzid tune had been developed with TP5 & therefore my start point would have been suspect.

Anyway have a new BLCD_1.04 tune ready to go. Ignition, ve, afr & most temperature tables included from my stock vn tune. Was going to run blm mode to start.

Been trying to run OSE $12P v1.07 2bar adx but whenever I hit "acquire data (connebt/disconnect)" TP5 application crashes. Have no trouble with earlier TP5 OSE $12P adx. Any suggestions as to possible cause.

Anyone willing to post a log so that I can compare my o2 sensor output. Not sure if mine is functioning ok. it cycles but pattern is a bit inconsistent, hard to maintain consistent rpm & load while driving in suburbia. another normal driving log would provide real world pattern for comparision.
