well the sanding got completed today. very happy with my efforts (will put photos up tomorrow) -
was bloody hard to sand around that fuse holder. pity i had to weld it on there first then sand around it. very very difficult. but the end result is very pleasing for an IT nerd like me.
tomorrow will be priming and spraying - good weather 'apparently' tomorrow.
all that being well, things like brake booster and all that good stuff can start going in on sunday. wooohoo. bring it

also got my hilux back together and the coolant system bled. its got an 82 degree thermostat in it, and, with the metal fan, only got to 80 degrees. and sat there. previously it would get to 90 and keep going. i hope i have that sorted as well now :)
Cheers,

and also repainted this

need to get some wet and dry onto the top just to clean it up.
also put the hilux back together, made two new radiator top support brackets as well, painted a wall in the house and, went and collected bins from the outlaws so the missus can fill em up. i'm fucked now. time to go and die in a fire.
