Re: Vlad's rides thread
Did a check on the port matching and for stock its very good. Only have to clean up the top part of the port as it narrows down slightly due the way it was cast. Also will reduce the injector boss slightly.

Just a test fit but its a sexy looking engine now.

Re: Vlad's rides thread
getting pretty technical with the video in the manifold
it certainly looks like minimal work!

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!
Just starting out? Have a read of the getting started guide
Basic tuning of a delco ECM with $12P thread
Advanced tuning of a delco ECM with $12P thread

Re: Vlad's rides thread
Well with the phone torch, camera and screen I could use it to look down the ports real time. Video was only so I could show you guys
So to the porting.
As you can see the stock port tappers off at the top slightly.
And with gasket you can see it easier.
Now ported.
Ready to go!
could not be happier!

Re: Vlad's rides thread
The manifold could have had more out of it to match the head (based on the gasket pics sitting on the heads, the angle for viewing is poor)
Sorry...
Sorry...
According to chemistry, alcohol is a solution...

Re: Vlad's rides thread
no, its exactly the same size as the heads, fraction bigger around the radius infact.

Re: Vlad's rides thread
Looking at the fourth and fifth photos above it looks very different... But like i said the photo angle of the head in the fifth photo is hard to tell...
