2001 vx gen3 LS1 injector pulse

Has anyone come across a LS1 with no fault codes,full fuel pump pressure, nice clean spark but no injector pulse?

Just wondering if there's anything common or just a random issue?

VATS? ive had a few VT/VX that dont like changing to the later o/s and have to disable VATS.

No vats was disabled & hadn't changed op sys, but just tried a later op sys & made sure vats was disabled & still no good!

I should add the car hadn't had any mids just happened out of the blue & had a tune flashed in 6 months ago!

The customer said when it happened he was driving around a corner & the car just started revving by itself, then he turned it off & it started up ok except the idle rpm was all over the place so he limped it home & then wouldn't start again!

Also it has got 12v positive to the injectors just obviously not getting the negative pulse!

I would be trying a new pcm first... if its sparking the pcm is getting ref pulse as all the coils are triggered directly. sounds like a fried pcm to me.

can you see rpm when cranking with a scan tool?

Have tried 2 other pcm's & same issue!

I will check rpm reference with scan tool when cranking later on, thanks for the thoughts guys!

Whats the TPS voltage , maybe clear flood is active

Sorry about the super late reply just not enough time in the day, I figured it out yesterday after Biggvl said about checking rpm ref when cranking & it had 140 but just under rpm was tps & noticed it was on 99% so KNEW straight away it would have been in clear flood mode & put another TPS on it & all good!
