Hi Guys,
Have just joined recently and am attempting to use ostrich 2 with TP5 and $12P........I have $12P running in car with the Ostrich but am unable to get data tracing working .
Have tried several adx files from here with no result as yet......
i am using latest available version of all softwares and firmware(ostrich)....
Any help would be great.....
If you guys need any LSX or general tuning info pleas feel free to fire away...
Cheers

there is a TP5 adx on here that jayme made up all the others are scannerpro adx's.you then need to link the adx and xdf to each other and setup each table you want to trace in the xdf
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Re: Tuner Pro5 ,$12P and Moates Ostrich....
i think the key issue with the data tracing is making sure the "data type" is the same, eg. datatype = revolutions per minute must be the same in the xdf and adx for the data type for that table.
i found when importing scannerpro adx's that already had all the data types setup they were all out of whack.
as the adx lists them (when viewed in notepad) as datatype=1 2 3 etc .... i think there must be a difference between the numbers for each one in TP5 ..... i reckon if you go through and get them all lined up xdf <-> adx then it should work.
if you don't have any joy, post your xdf and adx up here with a log and bin file and we should be able to work it out by playing back logs ... thats how i initially got my head around it.

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!
