yes in most cases i dont see MAP making to much of a difference, but say in the A2A L67 setups it would be interesting along with sequential injection. Also side mount setups could do with MAP due to limited space especially when using an intercooler.

The MAF code is still being left in there, you can run a MAF if you want though it wont affect anything, it will still generate cylair and maf g/s for display and can still aide in tuning especially for n/a's at WOT in some places.

Eventually the aim is N/A's will be default with 1 bar map and standard table sizes that we have now, L67's will default with 2 bar map and have larger tables. Any of the setups can be rescaled easily for any map sensor, the xdf and adx's can auto scale, you just have to rescale your data.

In the long term all models will receive map, even flash pcm, though table size will be limited on flash pcm until i would have enough time to make room to scale.

Sounxs like lots of time behind all of this. Is it correct the LS1's switch between the 2 sensors while driving?

i think they do, but i know nothing about LSX

The new map versions will be nearly identical the MAF versions, just instead of tuning with the table having Cylair you'l use KPA.

I was under the impression that LS motors primarily used the MAF with MAP as a back up as well as what ever else works best with MAP (baro, density altitude etc).
