Thanks, I loaded up the a VT (same injectors) bin file and XDF and surprise the tables are all different. Is there somewhere else I can get the info for those injectors.

yeah just be careful like the guys said earlier, there might be a base offset to all those numbers, the1 might be able to advise ?

also you might be able to search the net and find offset info for the injector part number to use as a cross reference.

Are these from the Injector rate constant vs mg/cyl vs RPM table? There are lots of numbers in there. Cheers

I think its "Injector Offset Vs. Battery Voltage"?

It defines the time it takes the injectors to open at a range of voltages.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Injector - Low Pulse Width Offset Vs Base Pulse Width

Injector - Offset Vs Battery Voltage

Just looking at a stock 12P bin there's some big differences there, well worth looking into.

yes use enhanced xdf, the lines needed should match up table for table so you can copy and paste, some of the other xdf's floating around have wrong table voltages defined.

Holden202T wrote:thats them, the one v's battery voltage could be the one giving you the most greif, if your alternator isn't working 100% and you get low voltage then it will change the injectors opening time, this table is to help offset that by opening the injector longer to make up for the lower voltage, so you can see if its wrong it can easily make a tune rich or lean ....

probably hard to do much with it without the wideband, but you can get the info from the tune your injectors corespond to and that will be a good start, then you can normally get the AFR where you want it at idle, then un plug the alternator so the voltage drops, and see if its still at the same AFR, if its not you can then fine tune till it is....
Sorry, I missed this post. Yeah i am definitely having problems with the battery/alternator and will give that a shot once the wide band Arrives

Thanks for everyones help with this. I got the VX enhanced bin and Xdf loaded up and copied the tables to excel. I have a day off tomorrow so will load up Dylan's bin (thanks) and see how we go. Battery's back on the charger as tuner pro is very finicky and won't connect at 12.3 volts so need to test the alternator as well.

What size alternator are you running ? If it's like early holden it's prob only 35 amps, might be upgrade time
