Is it possible to run a maffless tune on either of the squential 5.0 computers vs s3 or vt
And still retain the sequential injection.
Or is it possible to run 2 air flow metres?
Project is a 455 oldsmobile engine in a hz
Needs to be sequential for lpg injection
Any help would be great
Thanks
Matt

"The 1" would be the best person to speak to about that as I believe he developed the code for them (I could be wrong though) I don't think you can run them maffless and with 455 cubes I'd say you will max out a std 1. Nice user name have you got a HQ coupe ?

Re: vs s3 vt maffless tune
you don't have to have sequential injection to run lpg injection, lpg injection will work fine on group and bank fire injection

Re: vs s3 vt maffless tune
Actually it does require sequential injection
Iv been fitting it for over ten years
Some systems will run banked injection i.e emer
But not the oem quality systems i.e impco which is far superior to any other systems

Re: vs s3 vt maffless tune
the impco (brc) system will run on non sequential injection (its just a bit harder to set up and tune) I prefer to use the KME system as works great on sequential and non sequential systems and has a good power and torque abilty, I have fitted the KME on an old 454 injected big block with great results. A single KME gold convertor is rated at 300kw but I have pushed it to well over that in both aspirated and non aspirated

Re: vs s3 vt maffless tune
Im not sure I understand what your asking - this thread is about sequential injection, and the other one is about mafless aka MAP tune? Nothing really has changed for either, the answer for both threads involve swapping to a different ecm/pcm and which gives you a different set of problems to solve.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
