Re: ALDL Logger V2
well for as long as i can recall (firmware wise) VL400 told me the same thing so i more than likely already had my calcs sorted before those versions anyways.
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: ALDL Logger V2
Just ordered a 3 bar map sensor to use with the datalogger. Just need an equation, does anybody have one I can copy?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: ALDL Logger V2
I use the following for a 3 Bar map sensor.
X * 1.1768 + 11.0
X * 1.1768 + 11.0

Thanks,
I don't suppose you have the full equation to use in tunerpro?

I use the same equation in Tunerpro and the V2 Logger.
Have you tested it?

Not yet, still awaiting the post man for the sensor, just getting a head start on the adx files.

Re: ALDL Logger V2
Sensor has arrived, wired up and working. Haven't had a chance to run it on the engine yet but just open to atmo it was reading about 324.xx?
All going well I run a datalog tomorrow, just need to find some tubing.

Re: ALDL Logger V2
You may have been sold a 1 BAR sensor.
1 BAR sensor at atmo aprox 256 decimal.
X * 1.1768 + 11.0
256 x 1.1768 = 301.2608 + 11 = 312.2608 kPa

Re: ALDL Logger V2
I don't have a car here to test with ATM but if I plug the logger into the laptop to power it, go to the live screen mode and cycle through aux input screen, AD3 input is showing 317/318. If I suck on the MAP sensor I get that to drop too about 217 and if I blow on it it climbs to 353. What I don't know is what the numbers are reading out in? Going to assume it's the 1-1023 count the logger uses?

Re: ALDL Logger V2
Sorry I thought the reading 324.xx? you gave earlier was a kPa reading and was not aware you were using the Aux A/D inputs for your map sensor.
If your AD3 input is showing 317/318 then it probably is a 3 BAR map sensor.
The formula I gave you earlier wont work if your using the AUX inputs. I don't understand why you are not using the Map pid provided in most of the Delco ADX's.
Maybe your using the logger as stand alone on another vehicle.
