More common chips from Prolific (for example, PL2303) do not support non-standard rates of exchange, but, fortunately, this problem driver on the computer, and not the chip, so that it can be circumvented. To do this, calculate the ratios, establishing the rate of exchange and make these data in the registry. We write in the registry branch [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Ser2pl]
