just mill it down don't they have a real thick deck?

yeah you can do that, my high comp 202 has a 36cc chamber (13.5 comp and zero deck height), and this motor is 47cc chamber (10.5 comp with .018 deck height), not optimal though, valves hit the block with that much taken off and high lift cam!
