Try and write with flash tool. Possiby a NVRAM problem. I had a problem once on my 808 it went into read only. There's a thread on here for it from me might be of help.
ok cool thanks man ill have a look in a min n see if it will write ill chuck the write jumper back on n find out that bin i pulled seems to be fine so it must be an option somewhere stopping it write in tuner pro
Post a pic of the nvram I'm not familiar with the ecotec one's but there is a write protect jumper on the 808 style one's. Also on the 12P ADX there is a write status flag to indicate the condition of the nvram. Possibly the enhanced one's might too?
its a vr nvram in a 424 ecu running an 11p ill throw up a pic tomorrow ive just read over your write problem and am going to check the write wire etc and make sure all thats fine it should be it was working fine till a couple of days ago when i was trying to sort out this stupid iac valve now nothing
A pic of my chip and everything looks good on the board im gonna swing by the wreckers and pick up a new ecu just to be sure thats not causing an issue

i phoned the wreckers and i can get an auto or manual 424 ecu does getting a manual one matter is there any diferance or do i have to get the auto one for my nvram to work?
All 424 PCM's are for auto. I run one in my speedway car with a manual gearbox. In 11p you need to diable all the relevent auto trans fault reporting and select the manual trans flag option and you're good to go.
As a rule of thumb, if you ask for a manual ECU/PCM from a wrecker, then the price goes up if you have the ability and tools to tune then there is no need.
Im not sold on the PCM being your problem...
Could you please post a clearer image of your NVRAM
thats what i thought im not sold on it being the issue either but i dont have any other ideas and there not very expensive to be sure that its not the issue and i dont really have anything else to go buy atm cheers for the help ill throw up a better photo of it once i get home as im at work atm
