Take the memcal off the back and set the jumper to J I think it is.

As per what dylan said, remove the factory memcal from your nvram board. See if the engine will start and run (which i bet that it wont) that will prove where or not it was running off the Nvram or the limp mode from the factory memcal.
The fact that the fan is 'stuck on' points to limp mode being active...

Oh ok cool that makes sense how do i get it out of limp mode and it wont start even with the memcal on the back of it

Sounds like the nvram is corrupt need to put it in a programmer and re flash it have you got any gear?

Yes that does sound right. If you have a gq-4x programmer you need to carefully pull the nvram chip off, put a fresh copy of 11p (stacked, 128kb file) on it then put it back together and in the car an upload your tune again. That should get you back to where you were.

Ok will that cause the fuel pump not to prime or the led indicator to not come on as that is what its foing now im thinking the chip or boards either dead or as you say needs to be re burned
