Is it a modified engine?

Almost like a mismatched bin and adx. Are you running enhanced code?

well i changed the adx to the 3bar one on account of it having a 3bar map now and it seems to be the same exept for the map is reading in the 110kpa ish range yet the boosg guage clearly shows vac ?

I'd burn tbe latest bin and start tuning again. With latest matching adx and xdf.
Even if you just had it idling to prove your hardware and interface are ok.

not bin, make sure your on the same version and upload the cal. check the map sensor type in the tune too. and look at map volt make sure it goes up and down as your vac/boost changes. Maybe there is an issue with your sensor.
