Theresstock tunes in the11P download. Use flash tool to write a new cal or new bin. Thats if you're running a NVRAM. Being 11P it's batch injection so each bank is fired all at once. So if 2 out of 3 aren't firing it's either wiring or the injectors.

The cal is a section of the bin. Flash tool gives you the option to write whoe bin or just the cal section.
Maybe you should write a whole bin given the trouble you're in.

Ok cool thanks man that makes sence i wrote a whole bin to ut just the other day so i dont think thats a issue i was starting to think that it may have been the ecu but started pulling the engine apart to find the cause of the oil and something has caused my valve stem seals to pull of the guide witch as far as i know would cause it to run like a bag of shit and it also explains my oil in the plenum so looks like it needs some new seals :comp: :typist:  thanks for the help guys ill see how things go once i get these geads off n seals replaced

those seals wont caue oil in the plenum only oil into the combustion chamber. Wont effect running either.

some new seals, push them on and thats it. They will stay there as the have a spring clip like collar to hold them tight.

I read a few pages back that the PCV valve is gone... Hows the crank case being vented now?...

If its not being vented (eg: via open to atmosphere rocker cover breathers) then it will blow the valve stem seals off, add oil to the intake and usually blow out the rear main seal...
According to chemistry, alcohol is a solution...

the oil may be coming in through the valley gaskets too be sure to check they have a good seal while you have it apart. how have you vented the crank case up till now? do you have after market rocker covers or have you put a port in the valley? some people use 2 oil cap type rocker covers and put the vents in the caps.

Yeah there all good had a good grip on the lower manifold i had been venting the crank case pressure with a filter on the oil cap cover and a pipe on a breather in the valley to a catch can i had put the original oil cap back on for the time being witch would explain why its built up so much pressure and seeing the rings arent seated it will have more blowby than normal looks like ill run a catch can to the front of the turbo now to vent this thing ive lost all my original pieces in the last 12 months of this thing being off the road it also explains why ive been scratching my head with these strange map readings etc
