well sounds like a good idea. vlad, hq, biggvl --> keep an eye out for a vn or vp. biggvl that wreckers down the road for you any chop for vn's?

There's a VN V8 on eBay at the moment for $700, or I'm sure vlad can spare one as he's getting a company car next week :)

V8 better with boost ! Also better (stronger) choices with gearboxes

Another option is (I don't know how common they are here) is to go 5.3 LS and turbo, have a look on YouTube and see the stupid power and abuse these motors take in stock form, there cheap as chips as well

Try nla parts. The guy had one rusty 58k grandpa special vp for 650 bucks.
