Boys and their toys. Love it. looks like your getting there in real time now. Boy now the fun begins. I hope you know from this point on it never ends. Enjoy.
Re: 265 Hemi to efi
Sure do. I was really starting to grasp the concept of tuning at idle so actually being able the drive and cover a lot more areas of the Tables will be awesome.
Re: 265 Hemi to efi
Got it running now, changed all old rubber hoses to get rid of the vacuum leaks and bolted on an old carb I had lying around and it runs like a dream. Just need to rebuild the brakes now and it should be on the road soon. Once I get all the basics sorted I will install the injection and get into it.

Absolutely, every rubber hose I have come across Is cooked, hard and rooted. The brakes can't be any different.
Re: 265 Hemi to efi
Full brake rebuild, new discs, new drums, new rubber hoses, new tie rod ends, ball joints and tyres. Drives and stops well now. trans is shagged so one of the two spares I have will be going in. More delays but slowly getting it together.

It will be interesting to see how it ends up going. These big luggers are just pining for some extra air. Just look how they went with the tripple Webbers. Now with a puffer it should be a very nice car to drive. I remember driving the E49 when it was almost new (young kid with a big foot) and planted the accelerator when I was going around a corner. I don't need to say what ended up happening.
