Loosing sequential does not make much difference, dont worry about that. The1 code with factory maf or tuned ls1 maf will suit (sequential, anyway, factory computer)

Is it possible to run 2 bar map n mafless tune on vt ss that has a vn motor in it with side mount S/c or should I go ls1 maf n get maf tune
Unsure if IAT lead n on the vt can be used as the map sensor on the blown vn manifold??

Well worth it I say. Fit that MAF. BUT it's always bewt to stick with what the tuner is capable of he is the one trying to make al this work.

If it ws my car it'd be VT loom VT PCM and LS1 MAF the 90mm was only found on VZ LS1 and I think LS2.

Will do Dylan, from what I've learnt getting a ls1 maf with the high flow rate n a Maff tune may be the way to go as the vt never ran a map sensor n not sure if the 2 bar can be put in to run to vn map manifold. I'll be making some calls tomorrow to get it sorted n I'm just a forklift operator that wants to get this blown 5 ltr going hard ha ha

You said the tuner has kalmaker experience, so I assume he is using that? Then in that case there is a MAFless option with 2 or 3 bar MAP for the VT seq PCM.

I think the confusion is there is no free MAFless option for VT PCMs on this site.
