It should run for 2 seconds and you should have a solid SES light.

Hi Dylan if it needs a tune reloading is that something that can be done on the aldl or does have to be burned

When everything's working right it can be done over ALDL with our 12P code. But a burner may need to be used otherwise. Maybe you could fit a stock memcal from a 165 to see? So long as it doesn't run VATS.

Thats a good idea. Unset the rw jumper if its set first though just for that protection incase its ok now. If swapping to stock memcal gives you pump then you need to write the nvram chip in a burner to bring it back to life. Be real careful getting it out the socket as its tight for a good connection but tends to jump out after a point which can bend the last pin.

Fuel pump prime is not software controlled on the '808/'165/'3082, can have no memcal plugged in and it will still prime.

Ecm A8 to OBD pin 9. 12P docs call it "primary serial data" . Ground to obd pins 4/5 and B+ to obd2 pin 16 (not required, but recommended).
