Im no genius but set these up plenty times for myself. I would recomend a fresh install of Windows 7 or even 10 which I'm using myself. I can belp if needed with laptop or testing the NVRAM and interface on my own car if you also want. Im in Vic if that matters.

Yep trying to can't get it to start so that I can tune it the injectors that I have in it aren't the same as the Holden ones the 12p is designed for so need to change flow rate? Seems that its not getting fuel

If it needs more fuel adjust map a cranking fuel bpw stage 1 and 2.
What cubic inch is the engine and what size sre the injectors best to set the injector rate too befire you start tuning. You got the dead times for them?

It's a 350 chev the injectors are 24lb Denso. Not sure what you mean about dead times the original injectors died these were suggested as replacement imported them from the states but dumb dumb n me forgot to record the part number and now can't find any specs on them.

350ci and 24lb injectors go for BPC of 0.13 and dead times are probably better known as opening times pretty important to have them pretty right. Maybe start with the Bosch 775 blue top times. Download the VR 215KW HSV tune and xdf. They were 355ci and 24lb injectors. Get there cranking tables injector times etc.
